We offer high - performance Solar Cable and Copper Core Cable for photovoltaic power generation. These cables are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of solar energy systems, ensuring efficient and reliable power transmission.


Product Models and Standards

Copper Core Cables

  • Models: H1Z2Z2 - K and PV1 - F

    • H1Z2Z2 - K: Rated voltage AC: 0.6/1kV; DC: 1.5kV, conductor cross - section 2.5 - 240mm². It's a copper core cross - linked polyolefin insulated solar photovoltaic cable, complying with prEN 50618: 2014.

    • PV1 - F: Rated voltage AC: 0.6/1kV; DC: 1.8kV, conductor cross - section 2.5 - 35mm², meeting 2 Pfg 1169/08.2007 standard.

  • General Standards: Our copper core cables can also be produced according to UL 4703 standard, with performance fully meeting the requirements.


Aluminum Alloy Cables (Flexible) for Photovoltaic Systems

  • Models: PV/LH - F, AAPV1 - F, PV1500V - DC

  • Standards: Comply with 2PFG 2642/11.17, and performance meets Tü2PFG 2642/11.17 or EN50618 standard.



Application Range

Both copper core and aluminum alloy cables are used for:
  • Connection between solar cell modules.

  • Connection between the battery and the inverter.

  • Connection between the battery array and the controller or the DC junction box.

The aluminum alloy cables are also suitable for outdoor installation under different climatic conditions and dry or humid indoor working environments.


Product Characteristics

Copper Core Cables

  • Equivalent to aluminum alloy photovoltaic cables in some performance aspects, ensuring reliable power transmission for solar systems.

  • Have different current - carrying capacities based on conductor cross - section and installation method (exposure to air, laying on surface, surface connection). For example, a 2.5mm² copper core cable has a current - carrying capacity of 41A when exposed to air (PV1 - F/H1Z272 - K series).

  • Temperature deviation conversion factor adjusts current - carrying capacity with ambient temperature. For instance, at 70℃, the conversion factor is 0.91, reducing the effective current - carrying capacity.


Aluminum Alloy Cables

  • Long service life (≥25 years) and high cost - performance.

  • Wide temperature range: Ambient temperature - 40℃ - 90℃, maximum operating temperature of conductor 125℃, maximum operating ambient temperature of cable 90℃, and allowable short - circuit temperature 250℃ within 5S.

  • Minimum bending radius is 6 times of the cable diameter, facilitating installation.

  • Also have current - carrying capacities varying with conductor cross - section and installation method. For example, a 4mm² aluminum alloy cable has a current - carrying capacity of 43A when a single core is exposed to air.
